This is an infographic I made for HI 18 about humorism during the medieval period.
We didn’t talk about this one much, other than the fact that it was very important to medieval medicine and lasted a long time, and that it was completely useless. But I loved how they based their health on the humors, a form of protopsychology.
Today, the four temperaments are based on this, and I feel like it’s somewhat similar to fortune-telling and occult-like things tarot cards and zodiac signs, which is why I thought that it was fun.

Useful for steampunks who are trying to get that aged metal look. Brass doesn’t stay shiny!!
