Schiavona Sword

  • Culture: Italian, Venetian
  • Place of Origin: Venice
  • Measurements: overall length 98 cm

The sword has a slightly curved, single -and false-edged blade with three fullers at the back. The first part is engraved with a moon and crosses while the cage-hilt is made of iron featuring a brass pommel with a rosette at the centre. The wooden grip had leather covering.
